Can't recommend more highly. In town from Chicago and had what sounded like a chirping belt. Needed to get car fixed asap due to concern about 14 hour drive home. Montana, DP (service advisors) and Aaron (shop foreman) bent over backwards to source a new belt and get me on my way. Wish I could transplant these guys in Chicago! Thank you Step One CDJRF!
The sale went quickly and smoothly after test drive. Only three days later a loud knocking. Little to no response until pressed from sales informing me too bad you’re on your own. Really bummed I just bought this and now have to deal with repairs. Doesn’t seem like right thing to do.

It is sad that a "Luxury" brand has a sales staff that must have come from the Kia store down the street. I was disappointed to find typical bait-and-switch pricing, the dealership showed one price online, I confirmed the pricing with a manager on the phone before driving 45 minutes to the store. Once I got to the store, the red flags started. The service department is horrible. They have not called me back in over a month. I’m still waiting on them to email my insurance company the codes to get the estimate approved. I have been to the service department four times and they still haven’t sent it. They don’t call you back and you only get sent to voicemail when you call.
Dealership was easy to work with a gave me a fair price on my used truck towards a new truck. Aj M. was the best to work with and got me in exactly the truck I wanted and worked to get me the best price. The team out there were all pleasant to work with. My only gripe is the lack of good coffee available. Still 5/5 for the dealership though.
While on vacation in the area my truck had a check engine light come on. They got me in and out in 1 day with the repair so I could get my camper back home. Great service.
Overall experience easy and very comfortable no nonsense.
The service advisor was friendly and was able to answer my questions. The price for an oil change and tire rotation was the same price Walmart charges. I will definitely use them again.

I came in for an issue with our 5 week old 2024 Cadillac Escalade. It was a GPS / info / CarPlay screen issue basically going blank for no apparent reason, and they preformed the update or refresh to the system and hopefully it resolved the issue, but it was very random when it would go blank, so time will tell. I had I screw in my tire that I was afraid might have punctured too deep. They removed the screw and come to find out it didn’t puncture deep enough thank god. I was not charged for the simple screw pullout. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star is the fact that I was waiting 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time.
I just bought a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 from Tanner. Very smooth transaction. Also Junior helped make everything go smoothly. I will be back again.

There was an issue with warranty date that could of gone either way but, Michelle and Patrick resolved the issue. My car was ready in one day. We want to thank Patrick and the rest of the Service Dept. for diagnosing a "converter shudder" in our XT5 (our vehicle would shudder when changing gears between 20-30mph).
